To work in the real estate industry in Queensland you must meet the educational requirements set by the Queensland Office of Fair Trading (OFT).

What we offer
To start your career in real estate you’ll need to hold a Certificate of Registration. Our entry-level QLD Registration Program will help you meet the educational requirements need to apply to OFT for your certificate. The program is offered via self-study or a comprehensive 5-day workshop.
Our Licence Programs help you meet the educational requirements needed to be a licensed real estate agent in QLD. Kaplan Professional offers the Licence Program, ideal for new starters in the industry or for experienced agents who need to complete specific units of competency, and the Intensive Licence Program, which is ideal for professionals with three or more years experience in real estate who want to complete their training in a convenient, time-efficient manner.
Resident Letting Agents Program
If you’re looking to own and/or manage residential lettings then you’ll need to hold a Resident Letting Agents Licence. We offer a program that will give you the educational requirements needed to apply for your licence.

Auctioneers Program
To become an auctioneer in Queensland you are required by OFT to have demonstrated competency in 5 units and to have conducted 5 auctions as a registered trainee auctioneer under the supervision of a licensed auctioneer. With our program you can complete the 2 units needed to become a registered trainee auctioneer and then conduct your auctions whilst completing the remaining 3 units needed to become a licensed auctioneer. Our Property Traineeship Program runs over 12 months, and covers the required education and assessment needed for a Certificate IV in Property (Real Estate).
